United America is a licensed and certified home health agency serving the metropolitan Houston area and the surrounding cities. Our agency has been recognized for best practices and exceptional care. Our core belief is that people generally want to be cared for in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by family and loved ones. To support our philosophy, we send out highly screened, skilled and compassionate nurses and caregivers to train our clients in management of their disease(s) and assistance in activitiesof daily living. Our agency offers Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, MSW, Home Health Aides and Providers. Our nurses are highly trained with many years in nursing practice. In addition, we have nurses that specialize in Wound Care, Infusion Therapy, and Advanced Cardiac Care. We are contracted with DADS and most major MCO's to provide PHC and the CLASS Program. Lastly, our agency is contracted with the Department of Health and Human Services for case management of children and pregnant women.
