Unique Housekeeping has over 20 years' experience. I am the owner and operator of my company.
The economy is changing & so are my prices! New prices to fit the needs & desire to have your homes cleaned, as well as those who are no longer able to do the things they used to do for health reasons. I don't get paid by the hour, I do a flat rate with size in mind, 1-br is $35 to $45, 2-br is $40 to $45, 3-br could be $50 to $55, 4-br is $60 to $65, and 5-br is $75 to $85.
I will clean offices, apartments, rentals, one-time cleaning, move-in/outs, real estate properties, investment, construction, seasonal, detail, and deep cleaning. We offer weekly/bi-weekly, and monthly options.
I have clients I have been with from 20 years to 5 years, and I am trustworthy. A person has to have a love for cleaning so they can do an excellent job all the time.
