Ultimate Home Care is built around a simple mission statement; "Improving the Quality of Life for Those We Serve by Providing Compassionate In-Home Care".
The State of Illinois Department of Public Health licenses Ultimate Home Care as a Home Services Provider. This means we provide care that is consistent with the standards and procedures set forth by the state, and also means our caregivers:

• Have been screened and passed a background check.
• Are insured for liability.
• Are covered by Workers Compensation Insurance.
• Are trained in caregiver responsibilities, client rights and client privacy.
• Receive annual training to maintain and improve their skills as caregivers.

We are not a franchise, with a high turnover in caregivers, sending new faces out routinely. We are a smaller, family run organization that offers a personalized service. We have been in business for three years and have formed great working relationships with all of our clients. Our clients commonly consider our caregivers part of their extended family.
