We are not your typical care team with high prices and poor services. We strive to tailor our care to your needs at an affordable cost. After individually working privately and within other care agencies, we decided to come together as a family to establish our very own private home care business : UILANI HEAVENLY CARE SERVICES LLC. We believe that as we serve those who cannot help themselves, we extend our hands and feet, our very words and gestures as sweet touches from heaven above. That is our motto in caringfor those who entrust us with their loved ones. We strive to tailor our care to your needs at an affordable cost; rates range between $21 - $40 per hour depending on your level of care; we categorize everyone between level 1 to level 5. We're available to offer care part-time (5 hours minimum), full-time, overnight, 24 hours, respite, etc. Unlike traditional agencies who may have many people in and out of your home, we strive to provide ONE care team member to take care of majority of the hours, and TWO back-ups just in case. This alleviates the need for you to figure out coverage if your primary care team member is unavailable, but also ensures that your loved one is building a relationship of trust. We offer four different rates: Dayshift Care (5-8hours), Dayshift Care (9-12hours), Overnight Care (8-12hours), and 24 Hour Care. ***flat overnight, live-in, and 24 hour rate is negotiable*** We assist with: Personal Care, Incontinence Care, Mobility Assistance, Heavy Lifting, Hoyer Lift, Dementia/Memory Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Transitional Care (from hospital/facility to home), Monitoring Vitals, Medication Prompting/Reminders, Light Housekeeping, Laundry, Transportation, Respite Care, etc. We are familiar and experienced with working with clients who struggle with different health conditions, a few being: Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, COPD, Asthma, Stroke, Kidney Diseases, etc. Whatever the case may be, we ensure we care for you as if we care for our grandparents.
