About

The UCSF Institute for Health & Aging (IHA) is conducting a study to help mothers with young children to lose weight and to increase physical activity.

The study involves three office visits and you will be asked to complete questionnaires and a physical exam (weight, height, blood pressure).
You have potential to keep the Fitbit (activity monitor) and to receive $50 after finishing the study.
You may qualify for the study if you are :

* 18-44 years of age
* Physically inactive
* Having at least one child aged less than 5 years
* Having at least one family member or friend who can support your physical activity engagement and reside in the community with you
* Have access to computer and phone
