I am diabled and they could not get around my computer.
Thay told me they would come,back but they never called or emailed. It was a m10-15 job. I just finshed what I could with a broken foot.

What bothers me when they said O course we will finish that for you .
There other place they didn't bother to clean.I should have my foot back in 4 weeks. D-

I'm a veteran with unseen medical issues and cleaning became difficult. I reached out to Two Maids and a Mop. On their website, they state what they will clean for the deep cleaning package. Unfortunately, that did NOT happen. An example of this is:
-change bed linen
-make beds
-inside/outside of microwave & oven
-outside of appliances
None of this was completed, that is not integrity.

I wish I had read these reviews before paying Two Maids and a Mop 345.00 to do a deep clean.I'm beginning to wonder if it is a scam to get your money. Beware poore service and poor responsiveness! They do not know how to clean a house!!!

I hired Two Maids & A Mop to do a deep move in clean. I was charged over $400 for the service which advertised cleaning all cabinets, inside and out, baseboards, fans, blinds, etc. We left a key as were were not able to be home initially. When I arrived to move in two days later I wasn't even sure they had cleaned at all. If I could add the pictures I took you would be shocked at the poor job that was performed. I called and texted the company to give them an opportunity to rectify the situation with no response. I spent and entire day cleaning what I had paid to have done. Two days later I received a response via text saying they would be willing to reimburse me $30 of the $400. That is obviously a poor attempt at customer service. I would surely not recommend this company to anyone.

A family member gifted me a Deep Clean from Two Maids & A Mop since I recently had a baby. The company sent a team of 2 cleaners on Jan 31. The women ended up not doing a great job. I took photos of things that were not done well/at all and emailed the company (fans not dusted, blinds not dusted, floors not done well). The manager Jewell was very apologetic and offered to send another team to re-do it. That team of 3 (all different people from the first time) came on Feb 4th. Once I arrived home and looked around I realized that this team also did not complete what the company advertises as a "Deep Clean" on their website (inside windows, trim/baseboards). They also broke the blinds in one of our bedrooms while dusting them. The team did leave a note about the blinds and said to contact Jewell. I have now texted and emailed Jewell multiple times with no response for going on 4 business days. I would not recommend this company due to lack of communication, breaking our blinds, and not completing what they themselves advertise as being included in their Deep Clean package.

They came for first time Tuesday. Were here for at least an hour and a half maybe longer. Missed any number of places dusting. Didn't mop one room at all. Didn't sweep up some powder in bathroom after I told them previous cleaners missed it also. Didn't sweep behind corner TV stand. Failed to mop up where dogs had slobbered on floor in kitchen. Too many problems to list. Called them and told them of problems I had initially seen which did not cover other problems I found. Person on phone stated they would come back next day at 3:00. Well it is now 5:30 and no sign of them and they haven't called. I am going to find someone else. Hopefully they can not be any worse.
