Twilight Care

Hello my name is Lacy Mathis. I have worked in the childcare field for over sixteen years. I have experience with infants, toddlers, preschool age, school age, twins and autistic children. I am a pro at teaching academics and developing activities that help children to excel in their gross motor, cognitive, language, sensory, fine motor, self-help, and social areas of development. I also have experience in classroom operation, child speech development, kindergarten readiness, NAEYC accreditation, classroom maintenance, and curriculum development.

With the help of my assistant Deanna, I opened Twilight Care in 2011. The purpose of Twilight Care is to provide quality overnight and early education care for children while parents are at work, education or other interests. We offer both overnight and morning childcare services. We welcome all children from 12 months-7 years of age.

Our goal as a care provider is to help each child in our program grow and learn though fun filled activities and real life experiences. Our childcare background helps us to be able to take a good look at each child's learning style and come up with a plan that will foster their growth and spark their interest to learn in a loving and safe way that is comfortable to them. We believe in giving lots of hugs and use the 123 magic concept of discipline. We take great pride in our work and provide a safe, loving and comfortable atmosphere for the children and parents in our care.
