Owned and operated by Speech Language Pathologists with over 30 combined years of geriatric experience, Trinity Personal Care is a state licensed, bonded and insured personal assistance service and licensed home health agency, providing routine medical and non-medical care to clients in the comfort of their own home. We want you to age in place, whether that means helping you recover from an injury or illness or assisting you with activities of daily living.

After your complimentary consultation, an individualized service plan is designed to meet your specific short or long term needs. Services can be arranged for a minimum of five hours a day, up to 24 hours per day, seven days a week.

We provide a wide range of services, including, but not limited to private nursing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, geriatric care management, medical social worker consultation, and personal care attendants.
