Tribeca Early Childhood Learning Center

The Tribeca Early Childhood Learning Center is a progressive eclectic nursery school because we integrate the philosophies of Waldorf, Reggio Emilio and Montessori along with others into our program. Projects are created from the child's experiences. We believe children learn through play and are investigators on their own learning. Age appropriate attention is given to child development in areas of social, emotional, cognitive and physical growth. We focus on your child's individual strengths and interests while supporting social emotional learning. These include developing a positive self identity, feeling empathy and developing a sense of competence. Parents are partners in the learning process. We honor that each family is unique. Emphasis is placed on mastering the foundations of learning, helping children to prepare for the next level of learning in our competitive world.
