About the business
The private school I was teaching 2nd grade for had to close after this school year, so now I'm putting all my focus on providing families with my services. I have my certification in early childhood education (B-2) and I am a literacy specialist. I taught prek/ UPK for a total of 5 years, was a kindergarten teaching assistant, taught second grade this past school year, and have tutored students ranging from age 3 all the way up through high school. I love working with students one-on-one so that I can really focus on their individual needs. I am also a mother and I know first-hand how difficult it is to watch your child struggle in school. I can provide my services within the convenience of your home, or virtually. I'm actually partnering with a fellow teacher and we are working on putting together virtual classes based on grade and interests.
