our dogs love going to Trail Creek for boarding or grooming........we love the staff and appreciate how hard they work to take care of all the animals in their care.

ZERO STARS - Trail Creek Pet Center charges $20 from 8am to 5pm for doggie day care. We were skiing at Grand Targhee & with traffic we arrived on time at 5pm. However, the Trail Creek Rep. & only person working was in her car & ready to leave. After she saw us, she marched in & unlocked the door to let me in. (It took a few minutes for her to unlock the door.) I was charged an extra $10 for picking up our dog because "the door was locked & her boss gets mad". A half-day penalty charge for being on time - really! It is not about the $10 charge, or that we had until 5pm. It's about the PRINCIPLE, & Trail Creek Pet Center has none.
BTW: The time was 5:06pm when I returned to my car with our Golden-Doodle & recapped my story about the rapacious Trail Creek Rep.
