For most of my life, I've spent working or volunteering with children. I've taught and substitute taught with grammar school children in regular classes and Special Ed.
I have a special interest in Autistic children. I volunteered at a camp for special needs children for 15 years. Then I started my own camp in Loudonville, NY, and ran it for 10 years. I received the Jefferson award for this. One experience I remember with joy are the 2 1/2 years I was a Nanny for a little girl from 2 months old, until she went to daycare.
