I took my new rescue terrier mix, in for his first grooming. I was asked to bring his vaccine records. He was fully vaccinated & for Botticelli. Kennel cough. 6 days later my dog is coughing, gagging, not eating or drinking. I take him to the vet, hes diagnosed with kennel cough, & $123.00 vet bill. I told the owner, she was rude & said it didn't fit the gestational period. Thought she might look what dogs were there that day. & ask her groomers, if any of those dogs had a cough. No, so I asked my vet, gestational period is, 5-7 days, my dog got sick on day 6. Only place he had been, as he has socialization issues, from being abused..he can't eat, without vomiting, & now my other dog is exposed as well, as he's contagious for 2 wks. Never go there again!!!

I'll never go there again, was $5 to trim my dogs nails but when it came time to pay they said is was $10, when I asked why so much, the lady asked me if I wanted her to call the cops, I paid and left but will never go there again.
