Our mission at Together We Can, is to do our best to provide services to your loved one that would allow them to stay in their home, safely and comfortably. We provide high quality home care at affordable rates. The services we offer include but are not limited to, companionship, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, light housekeeping, ambulatory care, transportation, medication reminders, and respite care. We are experienced in giving all range of care. Our empathy, compassion, and dedication are what set us apart!
Together We Can's commitment comes from the owner, Ashley Leager, who lost her own medically fragile child in 2017, which in turn was the driving force behind her wanting to advocate for any ill, elderly, or medically fragile person, dedicating herself to ensure they are receiving the care they deserve.
Our services are about giving our clients and their families a piece of mind by hiring and recruiting the most empathetic, caring, loving, & experienced caregivers for the job. In doing that, you as a family member of friend, can be provided with relief.
We are a non-medical Home Care provider that will strive to meet all your needs. Not only is this our career, but our passion!
