Hi,
My name is Megan. I am the owner of TLC (tender, loving care) Respite Services. My company provides caregivers to come into your home when you need a nanny, on-call caregiver, or if you just need a break. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. After having my daughter I decided to resign from my teaching job. I realize how hard it can be to find a caregiver you are comfortable with. That is why I started my business. My goal is to provide the families with a caregiver who is a perfect fit.
The employees of my company are subject to state background checks, FBI checks, and a TB test. They are also required to have valid CRP and First Aid training. Benefits to utilizing my company instead of an individual caregiver include:
* Back up providers in case the caregiver is sick
* Monthly Scholastic Book Orders
* Monthly Newsletters
* Activities that are specifically planned for your child
* As a former teacher I am more than willing to assist the parents with any difficulties in the classroom. I am open to going to conferences and IEP meetings.
