Highly recommend- perfect vacation spot for my special needs Boston Terrier- I no longer worry when I drop him off- he is well cared for and happy not distressed when I pick him up. thanks so much!

Our Lucy (dog) and Fred (cat) always seem to enjoy their vacations at their hotel they seem to enjoy the attention of the staff and personal attention they receive.They get their daily treats, walks, and medications on schedule when we have taken elderly pets. They are comfortable enough so they don't refuse their regular diets while on vacation. They are clean and well groomed when we retrieve them and their bedding is in good shape. Our previous animals and current animals show no signs of fear but rather excitement when we go to leave them for a vacation at the resort. With their reactions in mind I would say they are giving the resort a paws up review for both the dog kennels and the cat rooms. This is a great place to vacation for the well socialized animals.
