Tita's Family Child Care

My program presents a unique community of learners that varies not only in abilities, but also in learning styles. I will conduct a wide variety of activities with the children, including: language development, sensory art activities, health, safety, and nutrition projects, puzzles, games, outdoor play, large muscle activities, free play, fieldtrips, dramatic play and more. All children's activities will be appropriate to the age of the child, which means they will within the abilities of the child. I will give curriculum that involves the interest of the children and makes learning relevant to life. The daily activities are designed to provide appropriate experiences in the following early childhood development area: Social development, Cognitive development, Language skills, Physical development,, Emotional Developtment,. The children will learn bout positive self image. The children will experience art, music, dance and drama. I have 14 paid holidays, include 2 proffesional day. The program will be closed, if the state declares state of emergency due to the bad weather. I will not accept a child on a day that He/She has fever above 101, is vomiting, or has a contagious illness, or diarrhea. If a child develops any of above- mentioned symptoms during the day, a parent (or other authorized person) is to pick him/her up as soon as possible. The educator agrees to inform the parent of any injury to the child occurs while the child is under the Educator's care( no matter how small the injury is). If the parent(s) cannot be reached, the emergency contacts listed bellow will be notified. If I cannot reached the parent, I will call the emergency numbers located on the children register. Parents are responsible to keep their phone number up to date.
