I am a Certified Nurse Assistant working as a private Personal Assistant for the last three years. I know how to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing of the patient and to provide care and assistance as the patient's care plan outlines.
I have experience in working with people with Alzheimers, Parkinson and Dementia, serving as a guide, companion and aide. I am able to administer prescribed medication, assist with bathing, dressing, feeding tube, transferring and maintaining proper body alignment. I also have experience using home medical equipment such as nebulizer, oxygen and suction machine, finger pulse oximeter, and all other medical devices needed for monitoring patient's vital signs.
As a college graduated teacher and being 52 years old, I am a responsible, reliable and well natured person with good communication skills in Russian, Romanian and English languages.
