This was the first time having the house cleaned from Timas Cleaning Company. The house gets really messy and dirty with two toddlers running around.

It has been stressful to do it all ourselves but we finally decided to get a cleaning service to help is out. Timas Cleaning has truly does an amazing job and the price is reasonable.

The communication has been also a great. We get a notification text to confirm the time and the date of the cleaning. The staff who cleaned out house, after cleaning was completed, asked to check her work and if it was anything that I wasn't happy with to let her know right on the spot. That's an added bonus of great service in my view because if it's sth that needs to be addressed it can be addressed immediately instead of having the staff to come back. In my case, the cleaning was very good and there were no complaints. Looking forward to having Timas Cleaning help with cleaning the house. A big weight has been lifted off our shoulders.

Everything started off great. Abe came over on a Sunday and we walked around the house (an empty house my husband and I had just purchased that wasn't disgusting, but hadn't been lived in for 4 months). I pointed out things I wanted cleaned (floors, random spots left on walls, window tracks, ceiling fans, etc) and he pointed out some other things that hadn't thought of (blinds, door frames, etc). We were pumped because he was such a great guy, he complimented our new house and even went so far as to offer us two boxes of Edison bulbs for a crazy light fixture that came with the house (he said he picked some up recently and I mentioned that one was burnt out and I didn't know the best place to get replacements).

Monday was the day the cleaners came. Abe told me he was sending his two best people. I have no clue what in the world happened. Maybe they had a bad day, maybe they ran out of time. But there was dirt all over the floor. None of the ceiling fans had been done. The blinds were half assed- you could see where they wiped the visible parts but didn't even attempt to get the whole thing. The baseboards hadn't been touched, even after Abe was the one who asked if I wanted them done. I wiped my hand across the floor of one of the spare bedrooms and it came up brown with filth. Cobwebs in the corners, an old spaghetti sauce stain that I had pointed out to him on Sunday was still there. They left a wet, dirty cleaning rag on top of a folder of paperwork for the house. And the cherry on top was that my kitchen counter, probably the easiest and most common surface to clean, was disgusting. I took a wet paper towel and wiped off months of dirt (without even using soap!)
I documented everything. Took pictures, videos, sent them all to Abe. He was livid. He was so apologetic and kind and promised that he would send a second crew out on Tuesday morning to fix it, and that he himself would come to inspect the work.
Tuesday evening I get home from work and the house is cleaner, but they still missed ceiling fans, blinds, door frames and that one stupid spaghetti stain on the kitchen wall (the stain I not only pointed out to him, but sent him a picture of Monday night!) he texted me to ask how the second cleaning looked and my text to him was "Better than yesterday. Still missed a couple things. But oh well. At this point I have more important things to worry about with our upcoming move."
No response from Abe.
I guess the old saying is true: "if you want something done right, do it yourself."

They are so flexible when I have needed them on the spot....
