Staff spends more time sitting at the nurse stations telling stories and watching videos than caring for patients. There are some that want to do the right thing, but some others pressure them to not make them look bad. Phone calls to the location do not get answered, and reaching a patient is almost always a challenge. Disappointing, given we met with the Director and spoke at length about needs and concerns, and she was very confident in their abilities to meet our needs.
