Theresa's Childcare

Hello! My name is Theresa and I am looking to fill 4 spots starting on April 20th, for ages 12 months-4 years old. I am in the process of being licensed to provide in-home childcare through the city of Florissant. The Florissant inspection was approved and I am currently waiting for my paperwork to be finalized.

I recently had my first child and will be staying home with him and beginning childcare in my home. I will offer your child a loving, safe, clean, smoke-free, and educational environment.

The children will be under constant supervision. I will provide secured internet video monitoring so that you can check in on your child anytime you want using your smart phone, ipad and/or computer. The internet monitoring requires a password that will only be provided to parents. The main play area will be under constant video monitoring for you to check in at any point in the day.

Healthy meals and snacks will be provided. We purchase as much organic and all natural foods that we can.

We also have an energetic, loving Doberman. Our dog is very nice and will have minimal contact with the children. He will be secured in the kitchen separate from the children.

Hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. I am conveniently located in Florissant near Interstates 170 and 270 right off 270 and New Florissant Rd.

My sick/illness policy is as follows: no fever for at least 24 hours without fever reducers or moderate colds with coughs and runny noses to protect all the children.

Rates: $3/hr for first 8 hours, then $4/hr after 8 hours, for additional kids: $2/hr for first 8 hours, then $3/hr after 8 hours.

Example of rates for 1 child:
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm(10 hours/day) would be $32 per day/ $160 per week
or
Monday-Friday 8 hours per day would be $24 per day/ $120 per week

Examples of rates for 2nd child:
Monday-Friday 7am-5pm(10 hours/day) would be $22 per day/ $110 per week
Total for both children is $54 per day/ $270 per week
or
Monday-Friday 8 hours per day would be $16 per day/ $80 per week
Total for both children is $40 per day/ $200 per week

Of course your child doesn't have to be here the full 8-10 hours a day. You can pick up your child at anytime, I just ask to have a schedule for the week of the drop off and pick up times. I do not charge for days that are cancelled either.
