The Work-Family Connection has unparalleled reputation and experience in quality enrichment programs for kids since 1989. This Not-For-Profit currently operates dozens of Summer Camps and After School Programs on-site in New Jersey schools.

The Work-Family Connection's philosophy is to provide a
structured yet relaxed atmosphere and to also promote
and teach essential life skills such as decision
making, conflict resolution, negotiation, socialization, problem solving, and good self-esteem. One of the main focus areas of our programs is to support whole child as well as the academic curriculum of the school day.

With the emphasis on FUN, many additional activities bring in a WIDE VARIETY of subjects, interests, resources, and exposures, including:

* Character Development
* Arts, Crafts, and Music
* Physical Activity
* Special Enrichment Programs
* Linking with Families
* Linking with the Community.

The Work-Family Connection strives to maintain a standard of less than 15 students to one professional, qualified and trained staff person at all times.

The Work-Family Connection teaching staff believes that the programs should serve as a "home away from home" and are places where a great deal of growth and development takes place. Within structure and limits,there needs to be much freedom and many choices. We believe that the environment should be challenging, both mentally and physically, foster
independence, teach life skills and allow students to grow intellectually,socially,and emotionally.
