The Wholistic Way is a eco-friendly space in Port Jefferson offering an organic PreK learning experience for 3's, 4's, and 5's. In a warm, nurturing, loving setting we offer a unique curriculum centering on our environment, the world and our planet. Children will engage in the exploration of art learning about famous artists and creating their own versions of famous works. Nutrition, cooking, creative movement, music, yoga, gardening and Spanish are all part of our wonderful curriculum. We will incorporate reading, writing, and math into our daily lessons.
Giving back is part of our philosophy. During the year, we will learn about what the meaning of giving back and charity is. We will research different worldwide and local organizations and in December we will make a group decision on which charity will receive our contribution.
We offer two sessions: AM from 8:30-12:30 and PM from 1:30-5:30
