Poor customer service, she was in a rush to groom my dog and not very attentive to my concerns about leaving my dog in her care. Her job was to brush out my dogs mats and trim the legs since they were really matted. The areas she trimmed were not well blended and hair that was missed. There were still mats I had to brush out. Where she brushed out the mat she made my dog blister and bleed. I have been grooming my dog for 11 years and have dealt with mats worse than this, I have never made my dog bleed or blister. This was unacceptable and cruel! Unfortantely I was recovering from a c section and my baby being in the nicu for 3 weeks and needed my dog cared for otherwise I would have brushed my dog out myself.

Unfortanetly my husband did not catch this when he picked her up. She charged us 60 bucks amd my husband tipped her to be nice. When I discovered the issue I called and left a message because she was gone for the day, it was noon! I gave her a chance to call back and at least appoligize and offer a refund. Not a word.

Do not send your dogs here ever!!! When a groomer says they offer same week appointments thats a red flag, and I should of trusted my better judgement not to take my dog here.
