Outpatient Rehabilitation: Through a partnership with a nationally recognized rehabilitation provider, The Summit will offer physical, occupational and speech therapy on site. Therapy is offered on an outpatient basis and is provided by a team of highly experienced therapists, as determined by your needs and physician's orders. Residents may also receive a range of outpatient therapies in the comfort of their own apartments.
