Honestly I thought this would be great for my son, but it was just a $250 rip off. My son has a 4.3 GPA but needed help with his SAT. I signed him up at the student connection in Macomb hoping that he will get something out of the 2 day workshop that promised a higher SAT score. That did not happen the overall outcome was a lower SAT score. Their SAT workshop was a disappointment. Not organized, instructors were late; the one day math instructor didn't show up, had someone else fill in for that day. My son scored less from his High school SAT score. There was NO "one on one" as they promised during the workshop. When I tried to get him in to take a practice SAT test. They did not return my emails or phone calls. When I called the manger Brigid in the Bloomfield Hills Center, she was annoyed by my calls and e-mails even had the nerve to say on the phone Oh my God! when she heard my voice. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I would never deal with this company again. Not in Macomb, Not in Bloomfield Hills, Not in Birmingham, even if they offered the services for free. I am very unhappy. I definitely would not send any student to the student connection. The student connection voice greetings says" They are busy creating capable learners" What a joke, They are busy with trying to rip you off , not answer your phone calls, and really bad customer service.
