Love love love these ladies and so does our old lady. Our dog is 16 now and she still looks like phenomenal gorgeous puppy every time she gets groomed by Jen. They even go above and beyond and open up early for us because our little girl gets a little nervous now that she's older. This way she gets groomed when it's quieter in the shop so it's way less stressful for her and bonus she gets done rather quickly as well!!! i can't say enough positive things about these girls. Thank you ladies for being a part of our family for over 13 years now! We wouldn't trust anyone else!

Best haircut my dogs have ever had!!! Jen and Jemma are amazing! They are reasonably priced as well. My dogs were happy and loved the staff and weren't sitting there all day like the last grooming shop we used to frequent. Will be back for sure, already booked our next appointment!

We love The Soapy dog!! The staff is extremely kind and professional. Prices are great too. They are also very accommodating to us when making appointments as I work very odd hours. The owner Jen has even opened up early for me on more then one occasion which is unheard of anywhere else. I guess it's just one of the perks of going to a family owned shop as they treat you just like family. If you are looking for a great groomer that is kind,caring,professional,knowledgeable and ALWAYS gives a phenomenal haircut I highly recommend them.

Love love love this place. The staff is amazing. I own a rescue dog whom is extremely shy and can be a bit difficult to handle. The staff loves her and she absolutely loves them. When going out in public my girl can be a bit nervous but here she walks in with her head held high and her tail wagging like crazy. They always do a fantastic job and the prices are beyond reasonable. I always feel safe and secure knowing the staff here will take great care of my girl. The haircut always comes out exquisite and my girl looks like a rock star every time. Can't say enough positive things about this place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an outstanding groomer that truly loves the dogs in their care.

Been using them ever since they opened and staff came from another shop in Commack. My very fussy Havanese has very kinky curly hair that's impossible to brush and curls tight with the slightest moisture and rain. The staff at Soapy always get through the gnarls and knots and make him look like new again when I can't even get a brush through his fur. It's a pleasure to support a small local shop like this where they know my dog and have his best interest in mind. They have even pointed out concerns that should monitor. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Yesterday was our 5th visit to this establishment and we couldn't be happier. We have finally found our groomer. I have a difficult dog that my other groomer used to have me tranquilize. But not here. They insisted I do not Medicare my dog. I was nervous at first because she can be very aggressive for grooming. But the staff here has zero problems with her. She always comes out gorgeous and happy as can be. The staff was extremely professional,so kind and caring. Plus the price was outstanding. I've been going to a more expensive place and was never happy there so we are extremely pleased to have found these guys. Recommend them very highly.

Sorry went the first time with my pup. Great job .
Brought her back for second grooming. I was told to pick her up in 3 hours. I was called in one hour that she was finished. Ok she was but job was RUSHED. She was sheared to the skin basically with head asymmetric long hair area randomly under neck and underneath was NOT even trimmed. It looked like a NEWBIE did her grooming. I spoke to Groomer and she recommended I bring her back for a further trim, YEAH RIGHT. I was told the owner would call me. STILL WAITING!!!!! paid top dollar and no compensation for crap JOB. I would never go back. BE WARE and the staff is rude too.
