The Silly Bear Daycare Llc

I am a mom of 2, a boy(6) and a girl(5), and I have been caring for children for over 20 years in family homes, childcare centers, my church and my home. I am now a registered family childcare in my home in Baldwin. Here at The Silly Bear Daycare I offer meals and snacks, as well as, indoor and outdoor activities. I have a big fenced-in backyard with a swing set, a climber for toddlers, a boat and a playhouse. I also offer age appropriate sports equipment and riding toys, as well as, gardening opportunities, art activities, bubbles, sand and water play, etc. Indoors we will be active, as well, with reading and writing, arts and crafts, building, dramatic play, science experiments and more. I have space for younger children to nap, as well as space for older children to do homework and play games. I do provide transportation to and from school. The children must be dropped off at my house in the morning and picked up from my house in the afternoon/evening. I also have some volunteer help in the afternoons. Some days we may visit the library, only a few blocks from my house, for special programs they are offering for children of all ages. Please contact me to plan a visit.
