I opened up my home day care a year ago and have filled up rather quickly. I currently hired in two part-time employees to help care for the children. The part-time employees are caring for the two year and younger children, while I care for the 2 year and above. I have an infant, toddler and preschool curriculum that I expect to be done on a daily basis. The employees and myself are all CPR certified and trained.
In time my long-term goal is to open up a day care center and this is so deeply needed within my community. Also, when the time permits, I plan on separating the children by age as if I ran a day care center.
I care deeply for these little ones and seeing them achieve goals is a very special feeling for me. I am honest and caring and very trustworthy. I currently have several open positions from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. I have several references and you are more than welcome to come into my home and have a tour or just sit and watch how the programs are done.
