We are a private concierge nursing service that provide quality experienced nursing care and domesticated duties to clients in a home setting with physical conditions that restrict or limit their mobility and/or ability for self-care.

Nursing Services includes but not limited to promoting safety, caregiver relief, advocacy, med prep*, administration and recording, PCP and pharmacy advocacy, well check, nursing and safety assessments with form and correspondence to PCP, telemed appts. grooming and hygienecare, light domesticated duties, smart devices 101, glucose monitoring, scheduled injections, encourage socialization. holiday visits, alternate to home health visits days, and invasive services and procedures* I have more than 13 years of history as an LPN, with greater than 95% of experience in Long Term Care facilities (Nursing Homes). I've developed a passion for caring for the community that is the most appreciative and usually have a great story. It would be my pleasure to care for you or your loved one. Any nursing service within my scope, including services and procedures I've done at a nursing home, I can do it in your home*. You may also consult with PCP about this service, especially if loved one is fragile, alone, has forgetful moments, depressed, has poor balance, or a nursing home candidate and awaiting placement. With the uncertainty of this Covid-19 pandemic, some nursing homes are overcrowded and many people are choosing to stay at home.
