The Mary Katherine School

The Mary Katherine School a private, woman owned childcare facility serving infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are conveniently located right off of 494 on Lyndale avenue, perfect for families located in South Minneapolis, Richfield and Bloomington as well as families commuting into Minneapolis from Burnsville, Lakeville and Eagan. We offer care M-F from 7:30a-5:30p and our facility is designed to provide indoor and outdoor large motor play each day!
Our mission is to provide a safe and loving environment in which your child can develop the social, emotional, intellectual and physical skills needed for success later in life allowing you to pursue your career goals and support your family.
The Mary Katherine School is a smaller center which provides care to 8 infants, 14 toddlers and 25 preschoolers (space is limited!!) and we feel our small center offers a more personalized experience to our beloved families and students. We offer a full liberal arts curriculum with ample time each day to learn through creative arts, dramatic and cognitive play, teacher lead group time and much more.
We offer Soccer lessons via Soccer Shots MN to children aged 3+ and weekly music lessons are provided at no cost to parents.
We provide Breakfast, snack and milk with lunch as well as diapers and wipes.
We offer a 5% tuition discount to full time families and a 10% tuition discount to families with 2 or more full time students.
We offer tours M-F between 9-11:30A and would love to meet your family and see if our caring, creative community is a good fit for you!
