Hi, my name is Mercedes McMillan! I am a mother of two! With that being said, I have always enjoyed caring and educating children in fun innovative ways, it may have something to do with being the oldest of four! I obtained my bachelors in Sociology with a minor in Psychology at Salem College, one of the oldest Womens College Institutions in the Nation located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina! I have prior experience as a camp and afterschool administrator and counselor, and have done my duty in the babysitting world since I was 12 years old. As a mom, I now look at childcare with an even more indepth perspective and realize how important and serious it is to care for a childs life. My goal is to ensure that children are nurtured with love and care! I want children to be in an educational fun environment, to get those beautiful minds going!
