They used excuses about him trying to bite but continued to groom him .if he was that agressive then if I was them I would have stopped doing him the first time .if he was doing that then that should have been said straight out not just kept grooming him .

They appear to be professional at first but that was not the case you make a appointment are on time then have to wait 3 hours for them to finish grooming 2 small dogs (because of being over booked with the one groomer) ok so no big deal only u show up without being called worrying about your fur babies just to be told they are not ready and yeah we shaved your dog without calling you first! Supposedly my dog was matted, I know this is not the case because I purposely brush her especially because this so called groomer did this once before and I gave her the benefit of doubt.. NEVER AGAIN!!! I payed
$135.00 to bathe trim her hair (2 dogs, small and medium size) I explicitly stated I did not want her hair shaved that was ignored! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!! Oh and the attitude I r ed received was uncal6for especially since she was in the wrong! One star is being to generous..
