About the business
The Literacy Depot (Literacy Lab) delivers direct literacy instruction that spans across the curriculum for Pre-K through 12th grade. This allows us to address the needs most students have in their core subjects, which breaks down to challenges in reading and understanding complex text. We customize learning to the students needs by establishing a performance baseline using a skills assessment, by identifying and targeting academic weaknesses, by customizing lessons, by tracking progress, and by communicating with parents. We work with all ability levels. Individual Education Plans (IEP) are welcome and encouraged to join us as we are ESE state certified. I was already paying for my daughter to be in aftercare at her school. All they did was play. Then I learned about the Literacy Depot from another parent. It was the best info, I have received in quite some time. My daughter now has all her homework done before she gets home, and is reading at two grade levels ABOVE, her grade level.. and it's better than her school's aftercare. Literacy Depot.. YES. Call them, Check em out.

Our child is in a
gifted program within the Palm Beach County school district so she does not struggle academically. However, with the demands of the program and with hectic schedules, we find it to be a relief to know there are qualified individuals who keep her organized, on track, and ahead of the game.
