The Learning Tree is a small Family Child Care center operated in Hermon, Maine. The child care center is focused on meeting children where they are at developmentally and combines Montessori theory and traditional educational experience to help children transition into the public school system.
Owner/operator Crissia Fettig has 20 years of experience working with children/families at different ages and stages of development. Her passions are teaching are reading, exploration of environment, art and music and using manipulative to understand their world.
Children will have structured circle and learning time. As well as time to explore, socialize and create on their own.
