Hi! My name is Rose and I am the administrator/provider at "The Kids Place" Home Daycare and Preschool. My program is a home-based child care program that is a licensed Type A family childcare program that has been awarded 5 stars on Ohio's Step Up to Quality program. I offer a safe, nurturing, fun, and educational environment with a wonderfully equipped dedicated space inside and a large playground and yard for children to run and play outside. I offer children a balanced approach of both play-based and an academic curriculum in order to develop the whole child and support each child's individual development needs through many varied activities. My credentials include a licensed elementary teacher 1-8, an Ohio Level 2 trainer (I write and teach classes to other childcare professionals that are approved by the state), and a certified OG reading tutor helping struggling readers (dyslexia).
