The Kids Next Door Child Care

At The Kids Next Door we provide a safe environment where kids can be kids. Your child will be able to create, invent, and explore using a wide range of age appropriate toys. There are sensory activities and textured activities for little hands and feet to explore for our younger explorers. There is finger puppet theater, songs, imaginative games and lots of hugs and snuggles.

For our older adventurers there are daily crafts, coloring activities, songs and dance, circle time, free play and daily times set aside to learn about everything from numbers to how plants grow. There are puzzles, a play house, a kitchen set, books of every kind and a variety of building blocks. Trains, instruments and pretty much anything that a kid would need to develop a active imagination.

My home daycare is located in a newly built single family home in the Sycamore Run community of Boonsboro, Maryland. We are within walking distance of Shaffer Park and the Boonsboro Library. The play area consists of two large rooms each with two oversized windows designed to illuminate the rooms with natural sun light. We also spend time outdoors every day if weather permits in the back and side yard and/or at Shaffer Park.
