The Highlands of Evanston is a rental community; there is no entrance fee. Pricing depends upon the level of care required as well as the style of apartment chosen. Sizes and amenities of apartments vary. There are forty-eight different layouts available in our 102 apartments including studio, one bedroom and two bedroom models.
