We have not been at all happy with Will and his lack of professionalism. He does well with training and seems very knowledgeable however if he cannot be on time, does not answer his texts in a timely fashion, and speaks to me disrespectfully when we are paying our hard earned money to him then the knowledge of training really just goes out the window. We could have found someone else with equal amounts of knowledge who respects our time and is respectful of us. We purchased a 4 session package with Will, we have only completed 2 and are no longer interested in completing anymore.

We have 2 young children, I work full time and my husband and I both have our own businesses so we have a very busy schedule. When I schedule a time for training I expect our trainer to be on time. Our very first session he ASKED US if he could come early. Our scheduled time was 3:00 pm and he asked to come at 2 which we could not do so I told him 2:30 - he showed up at 4. The next session we scheduled was on a Saturday but we had to reschedule. I spoke to him on the phone and we agreed on 12 pm Sunday and he sent me a calendar invite with the correct time. The next day he texted me at 1 to tell me he hadn't even left Durham yet (which is an hour away from our home in Sanford). At this point I was done, I asked for a refund at this point. He called apologizing asking for another chance and that he would be on time in the future. We agreed that if he was even 5 minutes late we would get a refund. He was on time for his next appt and the training went fine so I thought we were okay.

The next appt we scheduled I had several dogs at our home with my boarding business and it was raining very, very heavily. I didn't want to have them go outside while we were training so I texted Will, several hours before our appt, to let him know we wanted to reschedule. He proceeded to text me that his time was valuable and that I needed to promise to never ask to reschedule if we were to continue working together. I was very unhappy and my husband texted him to let him know that it was not okay to say that to me. A WEEK later Will responded apologizing not to me, but to my husband.

We no longer want to work with Will. We just want a refund but he tells us now that there is a no refund policy for a package deal. This was not told to us in the beginning of us working together. I'm not even asking for a refund for the whole package, I just want the money back for the sessions we haven't done. He claims because he has offered free sessions and willing to work around our schedule (apparently he isn't after the last text exchange) that he has "bent over backwards" to work with us.

At this point, he is not even answering my texts at all. I have asked multiple times for our money back and now he is just ignoring me all together.
