About The Elder Allies

We are Jeanne Baumann and Kate Hall, a mother-daughter care giving team with over 7 years experience. We specialize in Care Giving, Companionship, Respite, and Dementia Care.

Our wonderful seniors have struggled with a number of issues ranging from post-op care, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, diabetes, to hospice care. Some of them simply required companionship, a friend to talk to, or good, nutritious meals. We have done extensive medication management as well as physical and speech therapy continuing care. Caregiving is not a job for us, it is a calling and we consider it a privilege to spend time with each and every one of our clients. The following is a partial list of care giving services that are available to you. It is, by no means, an inclusive list, as each client is an individual with unique needs. We will develop a plan of care to address those needs and provide you with the best and most compassionate care available. Assistance with the activities of daily living; to include dressing, grooming, bathing, medication reminders, meals and nutrition Cognitive impairment exercises Client laundry and ironing Light housekeeping of client s living quarters Accompany to medical appointments Transportation for shopping and errands Escort to religious services or classes Attend club meetings or senior center activities Visit friends and relatives Record daily activities and meals Food preparation for future meals Manage bills and correspondence
