I would not recommend this place. I made a reservation to have my dog boarded and made arrangements to drop her off at 1PM because I had a flight out of town and needed to be at the airport by 2:30. I went to drop my dog off and no one was at the doggy hotel and there was a hand written note on the door that said, "At the Shelter, be back soon. Please Wait : )" There was a phone number on the note so I tried calling but no one answered. I also tried the businesses other phone number several times but no one answered. I came back an hour later at 2:00 PM and there was still no one there and all of the dogs were left alone and were barking. I tried both phone numbers again and no one answered. I had to resort to a last minute pet sitter at my house because they were too unprofessional to be at the business when I had arranged to drop off my dog, and even worse, did not answer any of their phone numbers. The worst experience I have ever had trying to board my dog. Do not use this place.
