The staff is friendly...no complaints about them, at all. However, their process of tracking vaccinations is primitive. My dog, who is always up to date on vaccinations, has contracted kennel cough on 2 occasions in the past year. Rather than acknowledging the issue, the owner quickly pointed out that I signed a waiver and stated erroneously that the other local daycare facilities were experiencing the same. That, I'm afraid, is untrue. Ridgeway is a larger and cleaner facility and their daily rate is actually lower. They also use a modern system that flags dogs that are due for a vaccination. Wish I could say something more positive, but the health of my dog is too important and they seem to want to wash their hands of any responsibility and refuse to acknowledge their lack of safety protocols.

Again, the response from the owner is not accurate. I terminated the relationship and my dog was attending Ridgeway prior to my call. Please get your facts straight Laura. Keeping note cards as a reminder is useless and you know that but refuse to acknowledge it. If that method is effective, why no requests for me to bring in updated records in 12 months +? Ridgeway has not experienced an outbreak of kennel cough at their daycare , nor has Dogtopia. Think you are comparing your facility to kennels, which is sad.

I highly recommend Doggie Depot. My Girl Dixie absolutely loves going there - she cries until we get there. The staff is courteous and professional and they take such wonderful care of her.

My dog Magpie loves Doggie Depot, a unique place where dogs who have energy to burn and dogs who are couch potatoes join in social hours on Saturdays and people who work have a great place for doggy daycare. People being their dogs to socialization time Saturdays from an hour drive or more. It is that special. This is NOT a place that cages dogs. Every dog gets a huge amount of personal attention. The staff are so great that my dog races to greet them before joining the other dogs for play.
