About The Caregivers
We THE CAREGIVERS are a smaller privately owned
Non-Medical Home Care Business. We are professionals who focus on our clients and their families needs to create an on going plan of care. Our focus is to develope good working relationship. We want to assist clients so they can remain independent as long as they can. Our services are what we call the (3) C's;
Companionship, Care (personal care) and Comprehensive Care. This leads into developing a safe plan for them and encourage them to stay active and social.Many times we need to look at their environment and help to create a health home setting for them. We work with other professionals to unite our services- Physicians, Registered Nurses, Palliative and Hospice care, Pharmacists, and Therapy Services. Working together with a team approach has found to be the way to keep our aging population safer at home.
