We specialize in the selection of a custom nannies for your child, your needs, location, schedule, and budget.

There is no starting fee.
TCSC provides you with our child care providers around your area.
TCSC does all the research for you.
TCSC does interviews to find the perfect child care provider for you.
TCSC manages your child care service for as long as you keep our provider at no extra fee.
TCSC works around your schedule and budget.
The family pays TCSC an hourly rate every two weeks.
There is an introduction day prior to starting day where family, child care provider and The Care Service Company meet to have the proper introduction, go through forms and give the house tour to the provider.

TCSC provides the family and the child care provider with these forms:
enrollment application form
family interview form
family consent and contact form
family information card
safety inspection list form
child care providers report record form
child care providers time sheet and
envelopes with return labels to send the the hourly rate (every two weeks).
