The Brady Bunch

Hi my name is Jesmaine Arrington and I am starting my own in-home daycare. I Charge $150 for part-time babies and 175 for full time babies but prices are up for discussion. My home will be open to families from 6:30 to 4:00. I recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl which has awaken my deep interest in our youth. I just moved to Virginia from Ohio where I worked at a daycare as a floater but I mainly worked in the infant room as a part time care giver. if it wasn't for my move I would still be there as one of their valued employee. I fulfilled numerous jobs such as cooking the meals, transportation, sanitary duties, changing and feeding the infants and children. But my job didn't stop there working at a day care you have to care for these children as though they were your own. I don't know about you but I want the very best for my daughter that's why I proceed to read to her and teach her the alphabet and her numbers also her colors. I take walks on the regular if the weather is allowing and stick to a schedule from naps to activities because babies/ children thrive on it. I continued this form of education and bonding with the infants and children at shaker heights enrichment center where I came across one of my favorite children's books titled God Made Me Special a veggie tale s addition. I love this book because it rhymed and it encourages kids to be themselves no matter how different they are. But the main reason I love this book is because it incorporated God which is something you don't find very often these days. I was raised in a home where my father tried to teach me and my siblings everything he knew about God but as you may know God and his ways are not very easy to understand and I have had many battles with myself and trying to understand God until recently I came across a book called the battlefield of the mind by Joyce Mayors. This book has made my walk with Christ that much easier of course I still go through trials and tribulations but without that how could I become the strong individual God has intended me to be.
