The Big Heart Care LLC. Transportation provides special needs transportation for all clients that have some type of disability. We provide transportation by way of wheel chair van and passenger. We re a proud provider of safe, reliable, and cost affective non-medical mobility transport. We are operated by using Dispatcherbot dispatching software as a key component when planning and scheduling all of its routes and transports.
Service Available 7 Days a Week/All vehicles are routinely inspected, maintained, and are required to be fully DOT compliant with the, American Disabilities Act. All drivers are effectively trained and complete a driver trainer course in compliance with the Community Transportation Association. All drivers are CPR, First Aid, AED certified and PASS (Passenger Service & Safety Trained. Drivers are re-certified each year and are required to complete an annual drug test.
