Asked for a trim for my Australian shepherd and she was given back to me fully shaved. She looks so bad it almost brought me to tears. On top of that the fur on her face was left long and untrimmed, making her look like a cartoon. Completely unacceptable and horrible haircut for my dog, the worst she's looked in the entire time I've had her
