That Tutoring Place was founded by a Washington State teacher who saw the glaring need for a supplemental education program. She set out to create a personalized, one-on-one tutoring service with three goals in mind: Listen, Teach, and Encourage.
Our individual tutoring programs are designed with learning strategies specific to the student's needs. We also create a partnership with the child's parents and teachers to form a circle of support and accountability.
And every program includes homework assistance and study skills, which are essential to overcoming learning challenges.
