About
One opening for a toddler 2 years-4 years in clean, loving, experienced home. Former professional nanny; worked for a doctor as their full-time nanny for three years and I am a mom of two beautiful boys. Lots of experience as an in-home daycare provider, nanny and date night babysitter! I believe in loving and caring for your child just as I do my own! CPR and first aid certified. We own a 2000 sq Ft home complete with a fenced backyard and a swing set. We are a smoke free household and do have a few friendly kitties and an incredibly friendly labradoodle. I have a Bachelor's degree in business and psychology. During my college career I also took many courses that were focused around early childhood development. I believe in disciplining in a patient, firm but always loving manner. No spanking, yelling, or intimidation here; I believe in positive discipline (time outs and leading by example) and praising for good behavior!
We spend our days doing crafts, reading, singing, playing pretend and exploring outside! We have very, very limited TV time (one show a day if any show at all) and a loose structure where kids know what to expect, but are also given the freedom to play and have fun!
You provide diapers, wipes, breast milk or formula and I provide the rest. We have safe sleeping areas, and TONS of really fun infant/toddler toys including our nicely fenced backyard with a great swing set!
