We are also aware that providing care for a loved one can take a toll on you and become burdensome, so in light of that, Temah can step in to care for your loved ones while you recuperate or go about your daily affairs. We assure you that your mind will be at rest, as we take on the care of your loved one.
We have flexible care plan from 4/24 hours/day and we are on call 24/7. Our residential healthcare services include and not limited to:
*Skilled Nursing Care such as basic to complex wound care, Cast care, pain and symptom management, Ostomy care, IV therapies and infusion, Anti-coagulation therapies, respiratory care, and tube feeding.
*Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, toileting, respite care, companionship, Dementia/Alzheimer's Care/ Parkinson's care/ Care of Stroke patients
*Home making: meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
*Medical supplies and Equipment Medication Administration/Assistance and reminders
*Other Services: Delegating Nursing Function/Case Management/CMT training.
